i thought i loved my apartment as it was but waking up to a snow encrusted balcony with a view onto chimney strewn parisian rooftops covered in snow has taken my love affair to new heights.

after years of living in tropical weather amid modern landscapes, it is simply stunning to watch an age old city become veiled in the snowfall of its customary age old winter weather. snow suits paris' elegant hausmanian blueprint well, a lot better than it suits me.
